   Images and media taken during sessions or events will only be used for promotional purposes if you have agreed through a signed media release.

5. Digital Security
   All digital records and communications are stored securely with password protection. We use trusted platforms for scheduling and communications that prioritize client privacy.

   You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.

Refund Policy 

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All private event bookings with Radiant Wellness LLC require full payment to reserve your date and time. Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable due to time reserved, preparation, and limited availability. No exceptions will be made for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

In the event of an emergency, a one-time reschedule may be offered at the discretion of Radiant Wellness LLC, based on availability. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that Radiant Wellness LLC is not liable for any costs or losses incurred due to cancellation or changes outside of our control.

Terms of Service 

By scheduling, attending, or participating in any session, service, class, or event offered by Radiant Wellness LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered
   Radiant Wellness LLC provides holistic wellness services including sound healing, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, breathwork, reiki, and crystal healing. These services are for relaxation and personal growth only and are not substitutes for medical or psychological care.

2. Client Responsibility
   Clients must inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to sessions. Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk. Radiant Wellness LLC is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.

3. Health Disclaimer
   No services provided are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Practitioners are not licensed healthcare professionals. Clients should consult their doctor for any health-related decisions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
   Cancellations made 72 hours or more before a scheduled session or event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable. Reschedules may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Code of Conduct
   Respectful and appropriate behavior is required at all times. Disruption, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

6. Media & Recordings
   By attending, you grant Radiant Wellness LLC permission to use any photos or recordings taken during events for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Radiant Wellness LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation. Clients agree to release and hold harmless Radiant Wellness LLC from any claims.
